These terms apply to denaliliquidators.com (the "site") and to purchases from Denali Liquidation Group LLC ("Denali," "we," "us"), including purchases made through our eBay store. By using the site or buying from us, you agree to these terms.

1. Using the site

You may use the site to learn about us, shop our listings, and contact us. Do not misuse it: no automated scraping that degrades the site, no attempts to break its security, and no false or misleading submissions. The site's content, logos, and photos belong to Denali and may not be reused without permission.

When you submit a form, you confirm the information is accurate and that you are authorized to share it. You agree that we may contact you by email or phone about your request.

2. Selling inventory to us

Submitting a list of inventory does not create an obligation for either side. Any offer we make is an estimate based on the information you provide and is not binding until we both agree in writing. You confirm you own the items or have the right to sell them, and that they are not stolen, counterfeit, recalled, or otherwise restricted.

3. Purchases

We currently sell through eBay. Direct and bulk sales arranged with us outside eBay are governed by the written quote or invoice for that sale. Orders placed on eBay are also governed by eBay's User Agreement and policies, including eBay's buyer protection programs. Payment is processed by eBay; we never see your card details. Sales tax is calculated and collected by eBay at checkout where required by law. Prices and availability can change without notice, and we may cancel an order for an obvious pricing or listing error.

4. Shipping

Most items have standard shipping available for $9.95 or less, sent via USPS Ground Advantage (2 to 5 days) or UPS Ground (3 to 5 days). Faster services are available for an additional fee on most items. Some heavier items start at $14.95 and ship only within the continental United States.

Shipping estimates run from the date of shipment from our warehouse in Columbus, Ohio. In most cases, orders received before 12:00 PM Eastern Time Monday to Friday ship the same business day; later orders ship the next business day. Combined shipping follows how eBay combines orders. We do not discount shipping.

Items priced at $99.99 or higher are insured as a courtesy unless the listing states otherwise. For items under $99.99, choose Standard Shipping to add insurance.

International buyers are responsible for taxes and duties. If a parcel is refused or not collected from customs and returns to us, a 20% restocking fee plus original shipping is deducted from the refund.

5. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as set on each eBay listing, in the same condition they shipped, with all included parts, accessories, and packaging, with a 20% restocking fee. Our inventory is a mix of new, new old stock, and used surplus, so packaging varies by item; each listing describes what is included. No returns after 14 days. Items listed on eBay as "Seller does not accept returns" are not eligible.

All returns need approval first. Request an RMA through eBay's "Ask Seller a Question" link with your order number, item number or SKU, quantity, and the reason for the return. Return shipping is paid by the buyer, and we recommend insuring it for full value. We may deduct from a refund if an item comes back in a different condition than it was sent. Refunds are processed within 10 days of receipt.

If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, contact us right away through eBay so we can make it right; the restocking fee and buyer-paid return shipping do not apply to those cases. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under eBay's buyer protection programs.

6. As-is sales and condition grades

Items are sold "as is," without any express or implied warranty, including warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, title, or fitness for a particular purpose. Items may or may not be tested; each listing states its grade and whether it was tested. A grade or "tested working" note describes condition at the time of listing and is not a warranty. We photograph the actual item and describe condition and flaws as accurately as we can. Our grades are New / Unused, A (Like New), B (Good Working), C (Fair), and D/F (As-Is / For Parts).

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Denali is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or expenses resulting from a defective item. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that item. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

8. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and changes apply going forward.
