Privacy Policy
Last updated October 3, 2026
Denali Liquidation Group LLC ("we") runs denaliliquidators.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- What you type into our form: name, email, and, if you choose, company, phone number, location, and your message or inventory details.
- Your agreement: the date and time you accepted our Terms and this policy.
- Basic technical data: like any website, our host receives your IP address, browser type, and pages requested, used for security and to keep the site running.
We do not use advertising trackers or sell your information. We do not set marketing or tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies to protect the site from bots.
How we use it
- To answer your request: make an offer on inventory, follow up about bulk lots, or reply to your message.
- To send one email when our online store opens, if you asked to be notified.
- To keep a record of our communication with you.
- To protect the site from spam and abuse.
Who we share it with
Only service providers that help us operate, under their own privacy terms:
- Customer management: form submissions are stored in our CRM so we can follow up.
- Cloudflare: hosts the site and runs Turnstile, the spam check on our form.
- Google Fonts: serves the site's fonts, so your browser shares your IP address with Google when the page loads.
- eBay: purchases happen on eBay and are covered by eBay's privacy notice.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions as long as needed to handle your request and maintain business records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your choices
Use the contact form (choose "Contact") to see, correct, or delete the information we have about you, or to stop hearing from us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law.
Children
The site is for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above. See also our Terms of Service.
